Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our client. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with our clients, ensuring sales growth, and providing excellent customer service. You will actively promote and sell our Data Security solutions to clients, gather critical project information, coordinate with support and technical teams, and maximize sales activities to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell our Data Security solutions to clients

• Gather critical project information such as budgets, timelines, and scope

• Coordinate with support and technical teams to meet project milestones

• Manage existing accounts while also prospecting for new accounts to achieve sales targets

• Record all activities related to the job scope in the CRM system

• Attend regular meetings with clients to ensure excellent customer service

• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote our services

• Identify opportunities and develop ideas to increase sales results

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Possess at least a degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field

• Experience in IT Channel Sales

• Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent presentation skills

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment and enjoy growth hacking challenges

• Aggressive, result-oriented, and has a proven track record of meeting sales targets and objectives

• Outgoing, sociable, self-motivated, and enjoys building relationships
