​We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (Integration) to be responsible for understanding customer business and technology needs and serve as a trusted technical expert for cloud migration, deployment, and adoption of Hybrid Cloud & AI Growth Offerings.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for use case identification, solution architecture design, MVP builds, and adoption of

  • Growth Offerings that run on Red Hat OpenShift.

  • Apply technical skills to help customers achieve their business outcomes with hybrid cloud & AI Growth Offerings.

  • Guide IT executives through the changes needed to unlock the full value of hybrid cloud.

  • Show users how to get value out of the company’s solutions, identify expansion opportunities.

  • Work with the renewal team to ensure execution of the renewal process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer success, professional services and/or services industries.

  • Experience in technical customer success management, consulting, pre-sales, enterprise architecture or equivalent.

  • Ability to lead technical conversations and persuade others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions.

  • Experience handling difficult customers or situations and demonstrating resolutions.

  • Possess an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate data and people to find answers.

  • Technical understanding of Containers, OpenShift or equivalent, Value Prop, Use Cases, Competitive Differentiation, IBM Software and Cloud Services.

  • Strong interpersonal relationship building and executive communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
