Customer Success Specialist (Orthopedic Nurse/Physiotherapist)

​We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Orthopedic Nurse/Physiotherapist) to join our client, a rapidly growing health platform & wearables company.

Responsibilities:

• Support patients, surgeons/nurses/physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for the use of company products.

• Own customer experience, attend to inquiries and address concerns, gather feedback for product and service improvement.

• Maintain professional brand image by offering professional care and services.

• Stay updated on relevant procedures, workflows, and latest developments in orthopedic care and rehabilitation.

• Prepare, deploy, and retrieve company equipment from end-users.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with key customer accounts.

• Any other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.

Expected Areas of Competence:

• Strong clinical skills in nursing, physiotherapy, or orthopedics with relevant competency and experience.

• Experienced in clinical practice and patient communication.

• Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.

• Dedication to service excellence and desire to continuously improve.

• Strong team player with effective communication skills.

• Problem-solving mindset with a drive to continuously upgrade skills and grow.

• Degree or Diploma in Life Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing or related field.

• Certified Nurse or Physiotherapist is highly desirable.

• 2 years' experience in clinical practice or medical/pharmaceutical sales/customer service.
