My client is one of the fastest-growing digital players in its field. They're expanding in APAC and looking to hire a Head of Product to join them on their exciting journey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, define and align with stakeholders on our product vision, strategy, GTM plan, and roadmap for future products to enable Circles Life to deliver the best digital experiences to the world

  • Partner with growth, marketing, engineering, research, and customer service teams to craft this product growth strategy Create and present visionary innovations, strategic decision proposals, and data-driven business cases

  • Act as the primary point of contact to release successful new products on time and within budget; driving all aspects of the product development process including but not limited to pricing and positioning

  • Keep customer experience first, while developing ways to bolster Customer Acquisition, Usage, and Retention Define and monitor KPIs/control measures to achieve objectives

  • Manage an enthusiastic and capable team such that we can deliver performance targets while ensuring members can reach their career goals, including the grooming of high potential, future leaders in our organization

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in product strategy, development, and/or product marketing, including leading a sizable product management team and experience in managing end-to-end product launches

  • Strong leadership/people skills, paired with a high level of assertiveness to both inspire a team and deliver business objectives

  • Proven financial acumen/fundamentals, with the ability to own commercial metrics

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with senior management, as well as colleagues and partners, both face-to-face and virtually

  • Proven track record in growing customer base and revenue by 100x, by taking a product from idea to launch to revenue generation

  • Sound knowledge of business and technology, including the technical aspects of product development involving agile frameworks, JIRA, SQL, UI / UX, etc.

  • Full end-to-end experience in driving product adoption, improving conversion funnel for purchase flow to post-live product iteration

  • A degree in STEM subjects or a quantitative discipline (e.g. Economics), with an MBA, is a plus Experience working at a high-growth company or start-up is also a plus
