Lead Mobile App Developer (IoT, Flutter)

​We are looking for a skilled Lead Mobile App Developer (IoT, Flutter), to join our talented and passionate client, a rapidly growing health platform & wearables company. You will be the owner and inventor of the product's unique software systems that will disrupt conventional physical therapy pathways to enhance the lives of medical staff and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Be a part of a cross-functional agile team to develop high-performing, robust Flutter mobile applications

• Manage the underlying infrastructure and technical architecture for the mobile application, ensuring scalability of SDKs and libraries that will interface with complex technologies such as IoT devices and computer vision models, and game engines such as Unity

• Develop CI/CD and testing techniques for smooth delivery of software products to customers

• Work on mission critical systems in the design and development of a robust mobile application built using Flutter aligned to regulatory and ISO standards in the medical industry

• Stay up-to-date on the latest software development trends and make suggestions for improvement

• Mentor junior developers and conduct formal code reviews and documentation review to ensure adherence to development standards and company procedures

• Collaborate effectively with management to ensure delivery against agreed priorities

• Implement cybersecurity measures and uphold the highest standards of data protection and governance in line with international and regulatory standards

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of full-stack mobile app development experience

• Experience in building complex mobile applications with various technologies such as Computer

• Vision and Unity, and managing the full software development life cycle

• Knowledge of cloud services technology (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) and a good understanding of data management and protection

• 1 year of experience designing, building, and maintaining Flutter mobile applications for iOS and Android

• Experience in leading a team of software developers and conducting code reviews

• Passionate, driven, and ambitious, with a strong desire to build and own products

• Excellent English communication skills
