Product Lead

We are looking for an independent and passionate Head of Product Management to join our client. You will work closely with UI/UX teams, development teams, and leaders of marketing and partnerships to develop and implement product strategy and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, coach, and mentor a team of product managers

• Define a winning strategy and roadmap by collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders

• Build and maintain a genuine product culture that incorporates best practices across product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development

• Lead annual and quarterly planning activities and engage GM and shareholders in the development of strategic themes

• Develop annual product roadmaps to balance business needs and consumer experience priorities

• Lead ideation, development, launch, and iteration of approaches to improve revenue and user experience

• Ensure market and competitor analysis are factored into product strategies

• Engage and influence stakeholders through constant evangelism to build cross-functional buy-in and commitment to a shared product vision and strategy

• Manage the product lifecycle process, from identifying user needs to planning the business case and creating valuable, usable, and feasible products and services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher. Engineering or Computer Science background is a plus

• 8+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing technology platforms

• 5+ years of people leadership experience

• Proven track record of developing successful products from ideation to launch and beyond

• Expert in agile, product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development

• Experience in end-to-end product management in system and platform design is a strong plus

• Strong analytical, business, project management, and organizational skills

• Exceptional influencing skills

• Self-motivated, positive-thinking, team player, leader, and problem-solver

• Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, highly creative, and able to innovate quickly

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas to other key stakeholders, including partners and customers

• Passion for developing and nurturing people.
