We are looking for an independent and passionate Head of Product Management to join our client. You will work closely with UI/UX teams, development teams, and leaders of marketing and partnerships to develop and implement product strategy and vision.
Responsibilities:
Build, lead, coach, and mentor a team of product managers
Define a winning strategy and roadmap by collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders
Build and maintain a genuine product culture that incorporates best practices across product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development
Lead annual and quarterly planning activities and engage GM and shareholders in the development of strategic themes
Develop annual product roadmaps to balance business needs and consumer experience priorities
Lead ideation, development, launch, and iteration of approaches to improve revenue and user experience
Ensure market and competitor analysis are factored into product strategies
Engage and influence stakeholders through constant evangelism to build cross-functional buy-in and commitment to a shared product vision and strategy
Manage the product lifecycle process, from identifying user needs to planning the business case and creating valuable, usable, and feasible products and services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher. Engineering or Computer Science background is a plus
8+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing technology platforms
5+ years of people leadership experience
Proven track record of developing successful products from ideation to launch and beyond
Expert in agile, product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development
Experience in end-to-end product management in system and platform design is a strong plus
Strong analytical, business, project management, and organizational skills
Exceptional influencing skills
Self-motivated, positive-thinking, team player, leader, and problem-solver
Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, highly creative, and able to innovate quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas to other key stakeholders, including partners and customers
Passion for developing and nurturing people.
